Error when trying to move/delete email

If you are getting an error saying that you cannot move an email when you trying to move it, or delete it, follow these steps. 

Select Settings

Mail, Contacts, Calendars

Click on Wayside, yours my also be called Exchange

Click on the mail button to turn it off. 

It should look like this. 

At this point hit your home button to take you back to your main home screen. Wait a couple minutes, go back in and turn it back on. This should fix it. If you are getting a password popup you may have a wrong password, or expired password. Check your password and if you are certain its correct please fill out the password reset form. If this does not fix your issue or you are having any other issues please fill out a iPhone "Other" form.
