How to delete email account

Go to "Settings"

Scroll down and select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" 

Select Wayside, you might also have it called Exchange

Scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Account

You're going to get an error to Delete from My iPhone, this is alright since the information it deletes is stored on the server anyway.
