BENEFITS OVERVIEW

Our Lady of the Wayside offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes, vacation time, personal time, paid holidays and a retirement savings plan. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance is provided through Medical Mutual, we also have a prescription drug program, short-term disability and accidental/critical illness.

Eligibility:

  • Employees scheduled 40 hours (Full-Time) per week.

  • Employees scheduled 30 hours per week (ACA - Full-Time), eligibility applies - Medical Only.

  • Eligibility for benefits begins the first of the month following 60 days of Full-Time employment.

 VACATION TIME:

The amount of paid vacation is determined by years of service:

1yr. of Full-Time Employment = 1 Week
3yrs. of Full-Time Employment = 2 Weeks
5yrs. of Full-Time Employment = 3 Weeks

PERSONAL TIME:

After completing 90 days of continuous service, full-time employees are eligible to begin earning paid personal time per agency requirements. 6 hours per month, based on your paid hours.

 

HOLIDAYS:

After 90 days of Full-Time employment,
employees are eligible for 7 holidays
per year applied to their bank.
